Terms of service
Legal Requirements
You must be 21 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Wine Gift Shop. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult (a person 21 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). Wines purchased from Wine Gift Shop are not for resale and are for personal consumption only.
Credit Card Charges
Orders are by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Minimum Purchase
No minimum purchase is required.
States Authorized for Direct Shipment
Due to the ever-changing nature of wine shipping laws, we may be able to ship wines, directly or indirectly, to all states. If Wine Gift Shop is unable to ship directly to your state, we can arrange for the sale and shipment of our products through a third party. Please note, when dealing through a third party, wine prices, discounts, and shipping costs may differ from those quoted by Wine Gift Shop.
Shipping Costs
Federal Express Ground is Wine Gift Shop carrier of choice. Ground shipping is provided by Federal Express Ground at current market rates.
*Note – If the customer selects Fed Ex Air as his or her carrier, the customer pays all shipping charges, regardless of his or her wine club membership or purchase amount.
Wine is a Delicate Commodity
Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Wine Gift Shop is not responsible for and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
Promotion Policy for Terms and Conditions

This Promotion Policy governs the use of all promotional offers, discounts, incentives, and gift cards ("Promotions") provided by WINE GIFT SHOP, LLC ("Company"). By participating in any Promotion or using a gift card, you agree to these terms, which supplement the general Terms and Conditions of the Company.
1. Eligibility
1.1 Promotions and gift cards are open to individuals aged 21 years or older.
2. Promotion and Gift Card Duration
2.1 Each Promotion and gift card will specify its validity period. Gift cards must be redeemed within this period unless otherwise stated.
2.2 The Company reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate any Promotion or the validity of any gift card at its discretion without prior notice.
3. Redemption of Promotions and Gift Cards
3.1 Promotions:
- Must be redeemed within the Promotion Period and in accordance with the stated instructions.
- Only one Promotion may be applied per transaction unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3.2 Gift Cards:
- Gift cards have a fixed monetary value specified at the time of purchase or issuance.
- To redeem a gift card, a minimum purchase amount, as indicated on the gift card, must be met.
- Gift cards are redeemable only for products or services available through www.winegiftshop.com
- Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, except as required by law.
4. Use Restrictions
4.1 Promotions and gift cards can be combined with other offers unless otherwise specified in the terms of the specific Promotion or on the gift card.
4.2 Gift cards may not be used to purchase additional gift cards.
5. Misuse and Fraud
5.1 The Company reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or refuse any Promotion or gift card if fraudulent activity or misuse is suspected.
6. Exclusions
6.1 Promotions and gift cards may not apply to certain products, services, or categories as specified in the Promotion or gift card details.
6.2 Taxes, shipping, and other fees may not be covered by the Promotion or gift card unless explicitly stated.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired Promotions or gift cards.
7.2 The Company will not be liable for technical errors or other issues beyond its control that prevent participation in a Promotion or the use of a gift card.
8. Modification and Termination
8.1 The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate any Promotion or gift card without notice.
8.2 Changes to this Promotion Policy will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company’s website.
9. Governing Law
This Promotion Policy shall be governed by the laws of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution terms of the Company’s general Terms and Conditions.
Return and refund policy
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled free of charge before shipping. Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer available, and the sale is considered final.
No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final once an item is shipped. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any items once they have been shipped.
Damaged or Defective Items
Claims for items damaged during transit must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us at info@corporatewinegift.com with a photo of the damage and your order details. After verification, we will arrange for a replacement.
